PVSC Update 2.11.11

UPSEU has filed an Unfair Labor Practice objecting to the latest reduction in pay for certain employees. The charge also argues that the new Policy and Procedure Manual changes the terms and conditions of employment and should be rescinded.
Additionally, UPSEU will be filing charges agaisnt PVSC for the recent ternimations of PVSC employees.
