Verizon Wireless is currently in the process of updating their files and will require UPSEU members and ALL groups with discounts, to renew their eligibility information. If you receive a notice from Verizon it is important for you to send the requested information, so you do not lose your discount benefit.
You may renew online by going to www.verizonwireless.com/renewdiscount and following the instructions.
If you submit your work email address and it is not accepted, then you must submit a copy of your current paystub. Be sure to black out all financial information including your social security number.
If you do not have a work email address you may fill out an Employment Verification form online, as you must be a public sector employee. Once you submit this you will receive a reply with a tracking number which you can then mail together with your paystub. Please Note: the Corporate HQ and address is that of your current employer. You should also make a notation on the form that you are a member of UPSEU.
