For the third year the Paraprofessionals of the Southington School System have raised money and awareness to help support Bread for Life’s mission to feed the hungry in our community. With their donation the Paraprofessionals hope to inspire other professional groups in town to support Bread for Life.
“The donation from the Paraprofessionals will ensure our clients will continue to receive a hot meal. Their generosity is greatly appreciated.” said Eldon Hafford, Executive Director of Bread For Life. Bread for Life’s mission is to help people who struggle to put food on the table for themselves, their children and their families. For over 30 years we have worked to make sure that those in our community facing difficulties find solace and strength in the support we provide. It is only with the generosity from the community that we are able to accomplish all that we do."
The hungriest in our midst may not know where their next meal is coming from, but we do. It is from the kindness and generosity of good people like you.
Bread for Life is extremely grateful to all the individuals, groups and organizations that support our efforts. Donations can be sent to Bread for Life, P.O. Box 925, Southington, CT 06489, or on our website www.southingtonbreadforlife.com.
