Operations and Maintenance employees approved a new two year agreement that maintains existing health contributions by employees, provides a modest improvement in wages, increases the off step increment, improves longevity, adds a new sick leave donation program and provides unit members with a retirement incentive.

UPSEU Clerical unit members received a new agreement as well which contained many of the same improvements as in the operations and maintenance unit members while adding some provisions for summer hours, memorializing previous agreements related to adjusting starting hours.

Both agreements were overwhelmingly approved by the unit’s membership.
