The Village of Tivoli and UPSEU have recently agreed to a successor contract. The term of the agreement is from June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2015. Members received percentage raises in each year of the contract, as well as a raise in longevity pay. Also included is a boot allowance and a clothing allowance which was not previously enjoyed. This retroactive contract was achieved with the assistance of UPSEU member Cody Thayer and Jack Rogers, Labor Relations Representative.
