• Burial Benefit
  All active UPSEU members in good standing with twenty-four (24) continuous months or more of membership benefit shall be covered for a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) Burial Benefit payable from UPSEU. A member who is not on the active payroll due to leave, disability or other similar circumstances remains eligible during the first three (3) months of such leave. All Burial Benefit Claims will be paid in accordance with rules promulgated by the Executive Board.
